Natural yoghurt cake for people with lactose allergies!

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Serves: 6

Today I propose to make a recipe that my grandmother gave me but that I allowed myself to change so that it is suitable for people allergic to lactose (like me!) But also fits vegetarians.

The way you make this recipe may seem strange to you but it's a simple way to cook, well you'll see ... For this recipe, all you need is a jar of yoghurt, a whip, a mold, and of course a bowl in which to prepare your cake.

Let's start!

First of all, to carry out this recipe you need:

• 3 pots of plain soy yoghurt

• 3 pots of flour

• 2 jars of cane sugar

• 1 jar of sunflower oil

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 vanilla bag

• 1 sachet of baking powder

Preparation:

Before anything preheat your oven to 180degres.

In a salad bowl pour the first 3 jars of plain yoghurt, add the flour, cane sugar, sunflower oil and a pinch of salt, and finally a vanilla bag and a bag of baking powder. If you wish you can add 1 tablespoon of orange blossom (it's not a obligation). Then mix everything. When you get a lump-free dough you can pour it into your previously buttered mold.

Put everything in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Little tip of the day,

(if you do not know it) take a knife and dip it in the cake, if it comes out smooth, without anything, it's that your cake is ready!

All you have to do is enjoy it!
