Four epicureans
We are a group of four people, three girls and only one boy, we are in different courses, two in literature and two in language science.
Mélaine is 31 she comes from eastern France, who studies at a distance because she is the mother of two little girls, including a baby. She works in a pharmacy. She likes to cook for her family. She thinks that what we are is a reflection of what we eat.
Anne-Laure is 35, she lives in south of France. She has two children. She is very interested in food because it is the source of good health, that is very important. For her because she lives in south of France: the spicyes and "herbes de provence" are indispensable to good cooking she too takes care of the health of her children and so, she is carefully to prepare good food.
Charlotte is 21 years old. She comes too from the south of France. She does not have any children yet, but she also received from her mother the good habit: to have a healthy diet. She works as a baby-sitter, studies and goes to the gym. Have a good diet is important.
Nicolas the only man in the group is forty and engaged. He lives in a typical Provencal village he tries to have a healthy life, he has stopped smoking and practices sport and he learns from books and the web how to cook healthy. He works in a primary school with disable children and helps pupils with their homework. He likes hiking in the countryside, he likes to pick rosemary and thyme. He thinks we are what we eat. He thinks Industrial meal is full of harmful chemical product. It is the reason why he cooks himself all meals he and his wife eat.
Mélaine, Anne-Laure and Nicolas are studying to become teachers and Charlotte do not yet have specific projects. We all have a common passion: cooking. We have chosen this theme because we like to cook, eat and discover new flavours and recipes. We also believe that eating well is a real asset for health and we cook healthy and tasty recipes. Anne-Laure and Mélaine are both moms and must cook quickly, healthy and good wholesome food. You will find in our blog ideas for simple and tasty dishes... Main dishes but also starters and desserts. Family recipes, traditional recipes from our respective regions, recipes for old-fashioned dishes, the cuisine of our grandmothers... and you will find too healthy recipes for lovers of healthy pleasures.
