Ingredients :
· 200g dark chocolate
· 3 eggs
· 30g sugar
· 50g agave squash
· 170g apple compote
· 50g flour
Préparation :
Preheat your oven at 180°C.
In a container, melt chocolate at bain-marie.
In a salad bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and agave squash until the mix whiten.
Incorporate melting chocolate at the previous mix. So, add to mix between each ingredient apple compote and flour.
Line a baking tine with a baking paper and pour the preparation in the baking tine.
Put it in the oven at 180°C while 20-25 minutes.
Leave the baking tine of the oven leave it cool down while 15 minutes in the baking tine before to remove from the tin.
