Here's what you'll need:
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red onion
- 3 carrots
- 2 small courgettes
- 300g green beans
- 1 red pepper
- 1 broccoli
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of chilli pepper
- Sea salt, pepper
Method:
1.Preparation:
Peel the garlic, onion, carrots and pepper, seed the pepper and remove the white parts. Remove the stalks from the green beans and cut the broccoli flowers. Slice the carrots, courgettes into julienne strips, thinly slice the pepper and onion. Chop the garlic cloves. Leave the broccoli flowers whole and cut the beans into 1 cm pieces.
2.Cooking:
Heat a wok or skillet, pour in the olive oil, then fry the onion for a few min over high heat, then add all the other vegetables at the same time, and fry for about 15 min, still on high heat (without lid), stirring regularly. Season with salt, pepper and chili pepper at the end of cooking
Recipe Tips:
You can add fresh herbs (basil, parsley...), ginger and cumin or lemon juice.
You can eat it hot or cold, personally I prefer warm.
